Hitsugaya is surprised and shock to see Hinamori. She claims to be alright, however Hitsugaya knows that she's not fine at all. Hinamori then apologies to Hitsugaya for doubting him and attacking him. Hitsugaya acts that he don't mind small things like that and urges her to go back to bed, looking at how tired she is.
After teasing her about her body, Hitsugaya mentions to Hinamori to stop calling him Hitsugaya-kun but Captain Hitsugaya. Later, Hinamori asks Hitsugaya whether is he going to kill Aizen. She beg Hitsugaya to save Aizen instead as he might be forced to do so and some one is controlling from behind. Before Hitsugaya could say anything, Yamamoto deliever a quick blow to her, making her unconscious and apologies that they should have given more time for her to rest.
Meanwhile. in the underground training room, Sado is undergoing some rigorious training with Renji. Renji actually refused to help to train Sado as this is Urahara reposibility of accepting to train Sado. However, Renji wanted to ask Urahara something and made the deal and Urahara also mentions that his bankai is unsuitable in training someone.
Urahara then stands by a clif and watch over the training with Sado and Renji. He believes that Sado's power has still alot to develop as it is different from a Shinigami's or a Qunicy's. While in the Vizard liar, Ichigo continues to hone is new found hollow powers by training with Hiyori in Hollow form by using short bursts of doning is mask.
Meanwhile, outside the Vizard's liar, Inoue found the Vizard's hideout by tracing Ichigo's reiatsu. She also notices the barrier that Hachigen made and is able to pass through it as it similar to her previous barrier techniques.
While Ichigo is fighting with Hiyori, Hachigen mentions that Ichigo is not going to improve if this keeps up and Kensei taking his timing on how long he could sustain his hollow which is only 4 seconds. Everyone as a Vizard has to go through the training to extend their time of sustaining the hollow form expect Mashiro which can sustain her hollow for 15 hours from the beginning. Hachigen then senses a disturbance in his barrier and that someone has snunk in, not break in and not even a Vizard can break through and is imperenable to Shinigami's demon arts - kidou. Thus cancel out the possibility of a Shinigami.
To their surprise it was Inoue who snunk through the barrier. She came to tell Ichigo about the Aizen's true motive and the King's key - ouken. After knowing about that, Ichigo tells Inoue not to worry to much and he will stop Aizen as he knows that he can get alot more stronger than now. Ichigo then thanks Inoue and continues with his training. Looking at how calm Ichigo is just now, Inoue knew that Ichigo has indeed become stronger as he was not surprise about the situation.
While leaving the Vizard's hideout Inoue run into Yoruichi, which is here to convey a message from Urahara that he wants to talk to her. Back inside, Love questions Hachigen how did Inoue is able to find this place and break into it. Apparently, Inoue posseses the same barrier skills that he has as well and that allows her to snunk in and find this place. However the surprising part is that she is only a human. Somewhere else, Ishida is still fighting with his father.
After presistent dodging, from his father's spirits arrows, Ishida decides to counter-attack instead. Knowing that his father's spirit power is weakening and he is almost at his limit. With his last sliver tube stored with spirit power, he performed the technique knowing that there is only one chance. However this does not works on Ryuuken, and he proceeds to fire at Ishida with his spirit arrow through the heart. After Ishida falls, Ryuuken reveals that for a Quincy that has his powers, the only way to regain his powers is to suffer a single arrow from a spirit bow 19mm to the right of his heart while being metally and physically exhausted. He calls Ishida a fool for using the wrong technique or else he could have easily beaten him.

Well overally this episode is very lovely. You can see Ichigo fight with his new found Hollow powers which is cool and finally Ishida's fight is over. Hey he got a cool cross in his chest man and the seiyuu voicing him (which is Sasuke's seiyuu too) is so HOT! Well I will definately like it better if they focus more on Ishida's fight rather than Sado's. Sado's fight with Renji is like so stantdard fighting which is see so many times before C'MON! Anyways, next week has no Bleach due to some freak Japanese Baseball match and the next episode seems very interesting. LOOK at Ikkaku COOL looking SHIRT!!
